Everyday follow-ups

Small promises still count.

Most of these things don’t need a project plan. They do need you to remember them.

01

The draft

You tell Morgan you’ll send a revision Friday. A useful reminder keeps Morgan, the revision, and Friday attached to the original message.

02

The charger

Sam asks you to bring one. That request belongs on your list because it was addressed to you, not because a conversation happened to mention a charger.

03

The answer

A friend asks whether you can make dinner Thursday. You don’t have to say yes, but you do need to answer. A follow-up can be a reply rather than a chore.
